How you make a difference As a Food Service Manager, your responsibilities will include overseeing food preparation, service, and distribution activities to ensure efficient and effective operations.
You will manage overall direction for all food service activities to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and organizational standards, implementing improvements to consistently achieve staffing, budget, and operational objectives.
You will also be responsible for ensuring the safety of food, work areas meeting expectations of local health department, and the cleanliness and safety of the environment.
Your work will be critical in ensuring that all residents/patients receive well-rounded and adequate nutritional food, and that staff are provided with adequate meals while working at the facility.
