As the Shop/Fleet Administrative Assistant for Bethel Farms, you will assist with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the Mechanic Shop and be responsible for ensuring that internal customers are cared for in an effective and efficient manner.

Essential Duties:
Provide general administrative and clerical support.
Answer telephone, screen, and direct calls professionally.
Take and relay messages.
Greet people entering the shop office.
Process electronic fuel records.
Process RTA month-end.
Provide quarterly reports to leadership on vehicle cost repairs.
Deal with queries from the mechanics/shop assistants/managers Receive and stock parts.
Update inventory and provide accurate counts, as needed.
Research required information using available resources Handle and resolve complaints/discrepancies with orders Enters and process POs and work orders.
Identify and escalate priority issues Enter asset numbers for new equipment in RTA.
Set up PM for new assets.
Add notes for Preventative Maintenance (PMs) in RTA, as needed.
Other Duties & Responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED Knowledge of internal/external customer service principles and practices 1 year
with shop or auto parts experience.
Relevant product knowledge General knowledge of vehicle maintenance/mechanics preferred.
Good keyboard skills and knowledge of administration and clerical processes Knowledge of office administration and procedures Proficient in relevant computer applications Key Performance Indicators:

This position requires sitting down for extended periods, ability to read, hear, speak, concentrate, learn, think, and communicate verbally and in writing.
Also, standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting, and twisting, as required in an office environment.
Noise levels may vary, from office equipment to production line and warehouse levels.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
