How you make a difference The Recreation Specialist is responsible for planning and leading therapeutic recreational activities for all residents in the program.
They work as part of a multi-disciplinary treatment team and provide feedback on residents' progress and participation in activities.
The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members to provide a holistic approach to treatment.
